Returns & Exchange Policy
We want your shopping experience at Miss Behavin Boutique to be top notch!
We hope you LOVE each item you receive, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our return policy below.
RETURNS
Returned eligible items will be issued as store credit only in the form of a store credit gift card. We do not issue refunds or cancel orders. We do not accept returns on the sale of gift cards.
In order for us to process your return, we require the garment to be returned to us in its original condition and to meet the following criteria:
• All tags still attached
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unstained
• Unscented
We will not accept a return if the item:
• Shows evidence of wear or has been washed
• Is an accessory or footwear item
• Is an intimate item (bralette or bodysuit)
• Is a final sale or clearance item
Returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase date. This includes online orders that were shipped.
Exchanges: due to our quickly changing inventory, we may not have the size in stock you need for an exchange. Please note that ALL shipping costs for returned items/exchanges are paid for by the customer, including any items shipped out for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please Note: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to the sender, so please be careful when trying on your item! The conditions do not apply to faulty products.
If for any reason you have changed your mind and want to return your item, we offer a store credit for the item(s) you are returning and refund or replacement in the case of faulty items.
Returns are issued in the form of a store credit/gift card.
Items in the SALE category or deemed Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent an email containing your e-gift card information. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of your return. You may then use your store credit gift card to order another size or another item.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to us and will be charged a new shipping fee for the replacement order.
Price Adjustments
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions/discounts. During promotions, please make sure your discount is applied to your order total prior to completing the order.
